SVABO presents:
SVABO has added two new courses on NFPA-13D Sprinkler Systems. SVABO will be holding both a ½ day course and a two-day course at the City of Lincoln. The ½ day course will be held on August 17, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; with the two day course on October 21-22, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days. The course will cover topics such as: proper location of residential sprinklers, piping methods, water supplies, hanger and hydraulic calculations. All reference materials will be provided, however, you must come prepared with a calculator and an architectural scale.
The ½ day course is $75 for SVABO member and $90 for non-member; the two-day course is $250 for SVABO members and $300 for non-members. Each course will earn you ICC-approved CEUs; .4 CEUs for the ½ day course and 1.4 CEUs for the two-day course! New for non-members, if you attend two courses you receive a free one-year membership!
